To make a Comments text box appear, click the headline of the article you're commenting on. The page will refresh to show only that article and a Comments box.
Add a comment, then click the "Publish" button below the Comments box.
Click the headline when you hover over it and it turns blue.
To check if an article contains any comments, look at the gray box below the article. The number of comments appears in blue text, as shown below. Click the blue text to see the comments.
